This session will describe the challenges faced when dealing with a newly diagnosed adult with Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Medical, psychosocial and educational considerations will be discussed. Patient cases will be presented with a proposed approach for this unique population. Recommended educational resources will be reviewed as well as a brief look into the patient experience of late adult CF diagnosis.
