Taylor Lewis has been an Exercise Specialist and Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) for over 9 years. Taylor Lewis received his MS in kinesiology in 2015 from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, CA. Taylor went on to start Academy of Total performance in San Rafael, CA. He developed peer relationships with premier strength coaches in the industry, and also with the Stanford Cystic Fibrosis center in Palo Alto, CA. In 2013, Taylor teamed up with Dr. Zachary Sellers, a Pediatric Physician-Scientist in Cystic Fibrosis, to research the effects that positional breathing and strength training had on patients with CF. Their findings were presented at the 2016 NACFC in Orlando Florida. Since then, Taylor has observed and worked with numerous CF researchers, and medical staff to enhance the development of effective exercise programs.
