Danielle Lowe Cipriani has been with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since 2009, when she began working with Individual Giving, listening to countless stories of dreams, struggles and triumphs. As the first member and co-founder of the Community Affairs team, now known as Community Partnerships, Danielle spearheaded the first-of-their-kind groups the 12-person CF Adult Advisory Council and the nearly 900 member, and growing, Community Voice group, which integrate the voices of adults with CF and the CF community into all Foundation activities. In addition, Danielle led the efforts to develop the pilot peer-to-peer mentoring program for adults with CF and the Impact Grant program, which supports the unique talents and strong ideas from the community. Most recently she leads BreatheCon, CF FamilyCon and topic-specific CF MiniCons, virtual events for and by people with CF and their families, and efforts to identify innovative ways to design and deliver virtual connection opportunities for people with CF and their families.
