Siddhartha Kapnadak M.D.
Dr. Kapnadak is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine, at the University of Washington. He joined the faculty there as a clinician educator in 2014 after completing fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he also underwent advanced training in lung transplant medicine and adult cystic fibrosis. His clinical practice at the University of Washington focuses on the care of patients who have undergone lung transplantation, as well as those with advanced lung disease who are awaiting transplant. He has a special academic interest in advanced cystic fibrosis lung disease, including predictors of adverse outcomes after transplant, bridging to and optimizing chance of success with transplant, and post-transplant complications specific to individuals with cystic fibrosis.
