Christopher Tapley M.S., P.T.

Occupational and Physical Therapy Pediatric Supervisor

Christopher Tapley received his MS PT in 2001 from the University of Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN. He has been a physical therapist at C.S Mott Children's Hospital since 2005. He has been the lead PT for the CF center since 2007. In 2008, he assumed the role of physical therapy clinical specialist with an emphasis in pediatric cardiopulmonary acute care treatment. In this position, Mr. Tapley has led the development of physical therapy utilization in the CF center in both the acute care and outpatient settings. He has served as Mentor and Faculty Member of University of Michigan-Flint Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency and has served on various workgroups and initiatives with focus on QI and improved care. He presented at the 6th Congress of the Asia-Pacific Pediatric Cardiac Society (APPCS2016) and has served as a guest lecturer for the University of Michigan-Flint Entry Level Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
