Raksha Jain received her M.D. from the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center, completed Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Texas Southwestern and Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. There she began her clinical and research interest in CF and obtained her Masters of Science in Clinical Investigation. She serves as Medical Director of the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX, and co-Primary Investigator of their CFF Therapeutics Development Program at UT Southwestern. She has taken a great interest in women's health as it relates to CF and is working on research to better understand the impact of sex hormones on markers of inflammation and lung health in CF. She is heavily involved in bench and clinical research related to CF and care of CF patients.
