Dr. Nichols is an Assoc. Professor of Pediatrics at National Jewish Health and the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He received his M.D. from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in 2001. At Case Western Reserve Univ/Case Medical Center, he completed residency training in combined Pediatrics and Internal Medicine in 2005 and a Pediatric Pulmonology fellowship in 2008. He became the Division Head of Pediatric Pulmonology at National Jewish Health in 2013 and is an Assoc. Director of the Denver Adult CF Program. Dr. Nichols' research focuses on host-pathogen interactions in the CF airway and conduct of clinical trials.
