Scott M. Blackman, M.D., Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He obtained his Ph.D. in Molecular Physiology and Biophysics and M.D. from Vanderbilt University. He completed residency and fellowship in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology at Johns Hopkins. His research interests are aimed at understanding the genetic causes of CF-related diabetes and other aspects of metabolism and nutrition in CF. He directs the pediatric CFRD clinic at Johns Hopkins and treats children with all other types of endocrine disorders.
