Tiffany Rich is a 30 years old woman who was diagnosed at birth with cystic fibrosis. She has dedicated her life to helping those with cystic fibrosis by co-founding Salty Cysters and being a co-host on the Breathe In: A cystic fibrosis podcast, with her co-host Gunnar Esiason. Tiffany and/or the Salty Cysters have been featured on platforms like VICE online, Apple News, WebMD, Buzzfeed, Cosmopolitan, E! online, and more. Tiffany received a double lung transplant through Stanford Healthcare on November 30th, 2016 and waited a jaw dropping 2 years and 8 months for the perfect set of lungs. She was able to graduate from college with her BS in Allied Health Science whilst waiting for new lungs at 20% lung function. She has written numerous blogs, including one about pain and posture issues with cystic fibrosis pre and post transplant, and has been a speaker for BreatheCon for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Her passion for helping others is inconceivable and she plans on continuing for as long as she can see.
