I received my Ph.D. from the Laval University in 2013. My research included studies on the relationship between the host and it microbiota and the effects of this relationship on the health of the host. I completed post-doctoral studies in transcriptomic analysis at Laval University from 2013 to 2014. I am the author/co-author of 18 scientific articles, review and book chapters. Since 2015, my work, in the Department of infectious disease,Medical microbiology and Hygiene in Heidelberg, focused mainly on the ecological interaction in the microbiome (bacteria-bacteria and bacteria-host relationship) in Cystic Fibrosis. My current scientific interest include finding the relationship existing between lung's microbiota and symptoms in children with cystic fibrosis.
