Patricia Pfahler B.S.N.

Pat Pfahler, RN, BSN, is the Cystic Fibrosis Program Coordinator at Froedtert Hospital & the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. She has been working with cystic fibrosis patients both in an inpatient and outpatient setting for 25 years. Pat's primary role is coordination of the cystic fibrosis center which serves 140 adult patients, and the transition of our patients as they move from the pediatric care center to our adult care center. Education of patients and families, as well as inpatient and clinical staff has been a constant focus during her career. Pat works diligently with the clinical research staff to help identify patients who would be interested in participating in clinical trials as well as a valuable educational resource to the clinical research staff. Regularly, she gives presentations to community and professional groups to discuss cystic fibrosis and the current and potential treatments for this patient population. Pat has served on Ad-Hoc Boards in the cystic fibrosis community.
