Joshua Ostrenga M.S.

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Received my BA in Statistics and Masters in Biostatistics from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI. I have been with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since September of 2014 playing a support role for registry research and operational activities. I also research with both domestic and international research teams. I am a coauthor on a collaboration between Canada and the US on CF survival comparisons and gave an oral presentation during a 2016 NACFC workshop on combining international registry data. Using CF registry data, I have researched predictors of transition from pediatric to adult care and currently investigating predictors of treatments for pulmonary exacerbation. Additionally, I collaborate with Vertex on the long term safety for CF patients on modulator therapy.
