Yelizaveta Sher M.D.
Clinical Associate Pforessor of Psychiatry
Dr. Yelizaveta Sher received her medical education at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She went on to train in psychiatry and finished fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine at Stanford University in California. She is currently an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Stanford, where she works closely with the adult cystic fibrosis and lung transplant teams. After having been an MHC to the adult CF team sponsored by the MHC grant via CFF, Dr. Sher has now been fully embedded into the adult CF clinic supported by the Stanford Hospital. Dr. Sher is also the first editor for the new and recently published textbook 'The Psychosocial Care of End-Stage Organ Disease and Transplant Patients.'
